CHIEF FRANK CHIJIOKE ENENDU, CHAIRMAN/CEO
Chief Frank Chiojioke Enendu, is the Chairman of the company. He attended some short-time courses in Japan in the areas of Material and Human Management with specialty in manufacturing. As the chairman of the company, his managerial acumen and shear dedication has turn the company around within the shortest period from a moderate annual turnover of =N=10,000,000 to =N=2, 400, 000,000. And these have earned him an award of excellence from the University of Ibadan for his leadership qualities in business and service to humanity. And most recently an invitation from the Institute of Administrative Management of Nigeria to become a council member of the Institute.
Frajend Investment (Nig) Ltd. (AKA. Frajend Motorcycle) was incorporated in 1997, to undertake the business of Motorcycle Assembly, etc with its corporate headquarters at Frajend Plaza, 34 Bola Street, Ebute-Metta East, and a-100hectres Ultra-Modern Assembly Plant undergoing construction at Shapati-Lekki Lagos.
Presently, the company has a regular staff of about 100 employees with branches at 48, Willoughby Street, Oyingbo-Lagos, Kano, Gboko, Markurdi, Maiduguri, and Calabar, and many other major sales depots throughout the country.
Making use of Exclusive Distributors, the company has been able to achieve so much in the area of distribution of its finished products - the FRAJEND BRAND OF MOTORCYCLE. Among the top quality motorcycles produced and marketed by the company are: CG125, CGL125, AX100, FJ90, FJ80, FJ100-5, FJ110-12, etc. The company is among the leading bonafide Motorcycle Manufacturers\Assemblers in the industry in Nigeria.
With the so much success the company has achieved within the 10 years of its existence in the motorcycle industry, the management strongly believe that the time has come for a diversification into the automobile sector hence the search for credible foreign technical partners with proven result in the manufacture, sales and distribution of automobile.
OBJECTIVES
· To seek foreign technical partners with a view to manufacturing strong brand automobile build specifically suit the Nigerian market.
· To seek agent/distribution agreement.
· To purchase equipments and vehicles for the company.
To seek new market for its brand of motorcycles.
